We strive for full client satisfaction for all transactions. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving MBAF.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of issue and photo of unused defective product to initiate a return.
As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Lack of a desired effect does not qualify for refund.
To be eligible for a return, your unsatisfactory item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com and provide details including a full description and photo(s) of any visible damage.
If a qualified return is initiated within 30 days of purchase for unsatisfactory product or within 48 hours of receipt for visible damage, we will issue a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted in either case.

Refunded items that were purchased ON SALE are refunded for the original amount of purchase, and not the product’s retail value.
Clearance or Closeout Items
Clearance or Closeout items are not eligible for return. All sales of these items are final. If dissatisfied with a purchased closeout item, email email@example.com with description of issue. Gift Card or Voucher toward future purchase may be issued at MBAF’s discretion, for an amount up to original closeout item purchase total.
Customers can indicate in initial return requests that an exchange of product is preferred to a refund.
Similarly, once item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a replacement will be sent.
At the discretion of MBAF, additional gift card or voucher may be issued for up to 15% of original purchase, for inconveniences incurred.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, but the original shipping charge from your purchase of the defective item to you will be refunded.
If you opted for a replacement over a refund, shipping replacement goods to you after you’ve covered return shipping is covered free-of-charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
