CBGVA

(Cannabigerovarinic Acid)

About

CBGVA (Cannabigerovarinic acid) is the lesser-occuring homolog of the originator cannabinoid, CBGA.

It decarboxylates into CBGV, a lesser-known homolog of the increasingly-popular ‘focus’ cannabinoid, CBG. As the varinic precursor, CBGVA also synthesizes into the carboxylic enzyme versions of increasingly attention-grabbing cannabinoids CBDV and THCV.

Potential Uses & Benefits

CBGVA is of interest to researches less for what it is, and more for what it can become. CBDV and THCV both derive from CBGVA originally and have interesting potential as non-intoxicating therapeutics for myriad conditions.

White CBG in field

White CBG strain. Specifically high in CBGA, with CBGVA substantially-present.
